The apartment (area of 34m2) has a separate living room and bedrooms. In the bedroom is double bed and wardrobe.
In the living room there is two parted couch with diverse seat options for a comfortable living room feeling. (Also usable as a sleeping possibility).
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, kitchen range, Coffeemaker...),
Bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV and private terrace.
The apartment is air conditioned.
